Effective Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment – Frequently Asked Questions

Many people who have read my husband’s story here on our blog about his effective Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment have asked the same questions so I thought I would highlight some of the frequently asked questions.

Q:  What, specifically, is your husband’s treatment for Dyshidrotic Eczema?

A:  Each day, he sips a dose of the following liquid nutritional supplements, manufactured in the U.S. by the company, SISEL International.  Together they’re called, “The Triangle of Life.”

  1. Eternity
  2. Spectramaxx
  3. FuCoyDon

Q:  What are these products?

A:  They are 3 bottles of liquid nutritional supplements which you drink 1 oz. of each day.  It’s like taking a daily vitamin pill except MUCH more potent, more bio-available to be absorbed in your body because they’re already in liquid form, and they’re made with the finest ingredients from a manufacturer in Salt Lake City, Utah that prides itself on producing only the best products.  These are not a so-called “cure” or even an official Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment as would be traditionally prescribed by a Dermatologist – but that’s just fine by us because it works for my husband!

Q:  What do these products do?

A:  The ingredients in these liquid nutritional supplements can help support your body’s systems at the cellular level.  They can work to improve an assortment of skin issues which is specifically what my husband has experienced with his Dyshidrotic eczema!!  It is very exciting to be able to use something that can help heal from the inside out…rather than apply some ineffective topical cream that doesn’t work.

Q:  What’s in these products?

A:  The “Triangle of Life” is the term SISEL gives to meaning the 3 of the liquid nutritionals and they are:  Eternity, Spectramaxx, and FuCoyDon.  Check out the links to read more on each product and what they are made of.  I also encourage people to do their research on their own on www.pubmed.org to learn more about the ingredients found in these products so you can see they are the real deal and not just what some company puts in their products. Eternity is a resveratrol supplement.  Spectramaxx is antioxidants and essential trace minerals supplement.  FuCoyDon is a fucoidan supplement.

Q:  How long do you have to take these products?

A:  These liquid nutritional supplements work from the inside out at a cellular level.  This has been the ONLY effective Dyshidrotic Eczema treatment he’s done and as long as my husband has them in his system, then there are no eczema flareups.  He takes them every day.  Due to the need for the ingredients to build up in your system, we recommend committing to about 90 days being on the product every day before making a determination whether this regimen works for you or not.  As you can imagine, every individual’s body responds differently.

Q:  How much does this cost?

A:  Eternity = $55.  Spectramaxx = $60.  FuCoyDon = $53   Plus the cost of shipping which is figured in at checkout.  The way we justify the cost in our family’s budget, is that my husband cannot afford NOT to take them.  The ingredients are helping to support his cells repair and regenerate whereas those useless steroid creams never did anything.  These supplements work for him and there’s no going back!  They’re worth every penny.  In fact, our friend Jack says the Triangle of Life is his health insurance.

Q:  How can I buy these products?

A:  Once our family began having such great results with the products just as customers, we started telling people and then decided it would be worth our while to become Distributors for the company since we were already referring people to them anyway and if we became distributors, then we’d earn a small commission from those referrals.  You may purchase the liquid nutritional supplements online through our website by enrolling yourself as a “preferred customer” under our Distributorship (which auto-populates once you click the link).

Q:  Do you sell to my Country?

A:  Click HERE and you can scroll through the list of Countries where SISEL distributes so far.

Q:  Are these products safe for children?

A:  Yes.  Our own children (ages 6 and 9) have been taking the Triangle of Life for over a year and they don’t even complain about the taste.  There are 2 forms of “Eternity” – one with an energy blend and one without.  Because they don’t need any more energy, we don’t give them the one with the energy blend!  Here’s what SISEL has to say about their products:  Sisel’s products are free from potentially harmful ingredients commonly found in any other brands of personal, skin, and hair care formulations. This is our Sisel Safe promise. Our products are intensely formulated to greatly exceed expectations for life extension, youthful regeneration, anti-aging, abundant energy, and vibrant health.

SISEL International Triangle of Life

Why Take the Triangle of Life?

The Standard American Diet (or, the SAD Diet!)

Why take SISEL International Triangle of LifeBefore I get to the Triangle of Life, let’s reflect on the collective state of health in the United States.  The reason we need support from something like the Triangle of Life is because our bodies are incredibly nutritionally-deficient!  It’s no secret that most Americans flat do not get the nutrition needed to function optimally.  As a whole, we eat FAR too many refined and processed foods; too much fat, too much sugar, too much white flour, too much of everything!  We don’t eat nearly enough fresh, organic fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts or seeds.  We’re fat.  And we’re sick in every way, literally from head to toe.  The epidemics caused by the Standard American Diet are visually evident nearly everywhere you look – from passing by people at the grocery store, to walking past them at the mall, to sitting next to them at the airport to looking in your own mirror.  People are overweight and personally, I think most look harried, tired and stressed.  There’s no denying it – the majority of Americans are unhealthy.

Study after study can verify the impact of the SAD diet on health.  Research shows how changing our SAD diets can positively affect outcomes in virtually every system in our body and how we can even prevent diet-related conditions and even some diseases!  Even with all the readily available scientific studies, one can just use their own common sense to know that we don’t eat well enough and that if we truly ate better and paid attention to things like toxins in our environment, then we wouldn’t be so SICK!  It’s not rocket science.  But it is hard to make lifestyle changes, which is why most Americans don’t make them!

Who Can You Trust?

We are inundated with information from the media and Internet.  While I’m grateful for this access to information at my fingertips, it also requires a keen eye for seeking truth.  How do you separate fact from fiction?  How can you make the right choices for yourself and your family?

Here’s the short version of my story and frankly, it all boils down to TRUST:  Early last summer 2011, I found myself ridden with insomnia.  At that time, I was overweight and truly sick from my head to my toes.  I knew I wanted to get healthy but didn’t know where to start.  One night during one of many bouts of insomnia, I went to the computer and was scanning Facebook, when I stumbled across an old acquaintance, Danyiel (Dani) Walker and her husband, Jack, from my very small hometown.  Having grown up in that wonderful place, I can tell you that for me, it’s a little like the theme-song goes from the old sitcom, Cheers – “You wanna be where you can see, our troubles are all the same…You wanna go where everybody knows your name.”

It’s a place where everyone waves as you pass by in your car and people can trust you on a handshake and more importantly, your word is your bond.  What I’m trying to describe to you is that I KNEW I could TRUST these people and their story which you can read in full here.  I knew that there was no way they would falsify any kind of story when they live in a town as small as they do or they would be roasted – ha!  Oh, how I love that town!  Anyway, I read of how Jack had overcome the awful symptoms of a serious auto-immune disease by using SISEL International Triangle of Life liquid nutritional supplements and how their family was forever changed!

I was intrigued to say the least.  You should read their story!  If the Triangle of Life could help Jack with something as bad as the auto-immune disease Sarcoidosis, then surely I could trust that it just might be able to do something for me!  And so I sent an email to Dani that very night and ordered my first liquid nutritional supplement shortly thereafter.

Triangle of Life

The “Triangle of Life” is what Sisel International has coined their 3 liquid nutritional supplements, when taken as a set. Alone, each product in the Triangle is a powerhouse. Together, they combine to fuel your entire body. FuCoyDon, Eternity, and SpectraMaxx are super-saturated liquid formulas whose incredible combination of ingredients can help activate, protect, replenish and regenerate your entire body’s systems promoting longevity and cellular regeneration. Stay tuned to my blog as I will be covering each one of these awesome liquid nutritional supplements, individually, in later posts!

We know that the best thing people can do is change their diet & lifestyle and adopt a healthier way of living, all around.  However, even if those changes are made, it is still virtually impossible for your body to receive the level of nutrients it needs because among a myriad of other issues, our soils are so depleted.  So that’s why part of the answer is to take liquid nutritional supplements.

I’m not an expert in nutrition or liquid supplements – but I AM an expert on myself.  I’m just a regular wife & mom who wanted to get healthy and create a healthier life for her family, too.  When I came across the Triangle of Life liquid nutritional supplements, I started out as just a customer using the products.  I wasn’t looking for a business – but after some time and the positive difference these products have made in my life and that of my family’s…it just made logical sense to me to become a partner in the phenomenal SISEL International business and I’m very proud to say that I am!

Michelle - Hi, I stumbled across your site while searching for a cure for my dyshidrotic eczema that has started a couple of weeks ago and seems to get worse. I’ve read online that the triangle of life set has worked very well for some people, I was hoping it would have the same affect on me. I saw on your website that I could order it, but was wondering if this signs me up monthly until I cancel? I am still a student, and currently having to manage my budget carefully, and cannot have close to 200.00 deducted every month. Could I order this once, and again when I can afford it? Thank you, and hope to hear from you soon.

Natural Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment

Living With Dyshidrotic Eczema

My Dyshidrotic Eczema Is In Remission Using This Natural Treatment!

In this article, I’ll give you a little glimpse of my experience in living with Dyshidrotic Eczema and how, by chance, my wife came across a natural Dyshidrotic Eczema treatment that finally worked.

Eczema, Dermatitis, Dyshidrosis.  Chances are, you’ve heard of these.  But what is Dyshidrotic Eczema and what are some successful treatment options?  Well for the last eight plus years I have been living with this skin condition called Dyshidrotic Eczema.  Who am I?  I am a 35 year old Firefighter/Paramedic, husband and Dad to two wonderful boys.  For over 15 years, I have worn medical gloves for my job, almost daily.  So naturally at first I contributed my skin condition to my daily use of these gloves although they are latex-free gloves.

What is Dyshidrotic Eczema?

The following is the definition provided by Wikipedia.

“Dyshidrotic Eczema which is sometimes known as “Acute vesiculobullous hand eczema,”is a skin condition that is characterized by small blisters on the hands or feet. It is an acute, chronic, or recurrent dermatosis of the fingers, palms, and soles, characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles; later, scaling, fissure

s and lichenification occur. Recurrence is common and for many can be chronic. Incidence/prevalence is said to be 1/5,000 in the United States.

This condition is not contagious to others, but its unsightly nature can lend to awkward social interaction. The compromised integument can increase susceptibility to infection, and the accompanying itching can be a source of psychological duress.

The name comes from the word “dyshidrotic,” meaning “bad sweating,” which was once believed to be the cause, but this association is unproven; there are many cases present that have no history of excessive sweating. There are many different factors that may trigger the outbreak of dyshidrosis such as allergens, stress, or seasonal changes. Emotional stress may also

further aggravate the condition.”

What Causes Dyshidrotic Eczema?

The doctors I saw all said there are many triggers that seem to cause an increase in the flare-ups and you should try and avoid them:  heavy metals, exposure to harsh chemicals, frequent washing of hands, moisture, profuse sweating.  But the reality of it is most of us use our hands continuously, and as a Firefighter/Paramedic I am routinely exposed to just about everything they say to avoid.  Other things they said that may trigger it are allergens, stress, or seasonal changes. Apparently, emotional stress or even the weather may also trigger it.  It has been very difficult to know exactly what triggers mine.

My Dyshidrotic Eczema Symptoms

The symptoms of Dyshidrotic Eczema vary in severity from person to person but for me, at first it started out as a single spot on my thumb, but it continued to get worse and eventually covered the palms of both my hands and many of my fingers.  Basically, what happens was there would be small patches where the skin would get small boils and then multiple layers of skin underneath the boil patches would dry, peel away, and another layer would dry & peel away.  It was very sensitive and painful, aside from being irritating and looked bad.  It has also gotten to the point that it was developing underneath my fingernail beds.

Throughout the years, the Dyshidrotic Ezcema went through cycles that I couldn’t necessarily figure out what was causing it to start or what caused the cycle to end.  Most recently over the last 2-3 years, it never fully went away.  It also increased in frequency, eventually getting to the point where, after flareups, it never went back into remission and simply went from bad to worse during its cycles.

Traditional Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment: Unsuccessful

Over the years that I’ve been dealing with Dyshidrotic Eczema, I have seen multiple Doctors including at least three different Dermatologist specialists.  My skin condition wasn’t even accurately diagnosed until just two years ago and when it was finally diagnosed, the last dermatologist still did what most of the others had already done:  prescribed steroid creams, and told me there is no cure and that the only thing that could be done is try and slow or prevent outbreaks.  Once again I was left with little hope, although at least now I had a diagnosis, which is more than all the previous Doctors could give me.  I am not a fan of steroids because they have terrible side effects and do long-term damage.  So, after trying the latest steroid cream with no results, I moved to other methods to at least try and deal with the daily discomfort.

Basically, I regularly wore gloves to prevent the peeling, cracked skin from catching or snagging on stuff.  Anything that had a rough surface wreaked havoc on my hands, even clothing lightly brushing against them.  I used lots of lotions in an attempt to provide relief; you name it and I’ve probably tried it.  My wife even made me sleep with bags on my hands after she lathered some kind of lotion on them.  It provided some relief the next day but that is it.  Sleeping with bags on your hands every night, ummm No!  I would do it only during the worst outbreaks and I hated it.

An acquaintance through a friend at the fire district was in to home remedies and several years ago she wrote down a few herbal supplements that I should try taking daily along with Fish Oil supplements.  Admittedly, I was not very consistent with taking the assorted remedies and there was only little to no relief with taking the Fish Oil supplements.  Eventually, I just came to the realization that I was always going to live with it and I’d just have to deal with the daily pain and discomfort that this Dyshidrotic Eczema brought me.

Natural Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment: Successful!

In the summer of 2011, my wife, Tiffany, had started the family on 3 liquid nutritional supplements by Sisel International (Click these links:  SpectraMaxx, Eternity and FuCoyDon).  It was one of the many things she was doing to improve our family’s nutrition and ensure that we were getting the nutrition that we needed.  My wife was on a mission to no longer just lose weight but to get healthy through lifestyle changes.  So as the supportive husband I took the liquid nutritional supplements like she asked, not necessarily looking for any particular outcome.

Pictures of Dyshidrotic Eczema Before & After

My wife had high hopes, though, and took photos of my hands in mid-July to document their state for a “before” photo.  They were rough, peeling, and causing me a lot of pain.

dyshidrotic eczema picture

These are very therapeutic liquid nutritional supplements that obviously had enough active nutrients to start repairing 8 years of damage.  After everything I had tried I really did not think these would be of any benefit for dyshidrotic eczema.  Well within about 3 weeks of taking 1/2 oz of each everyday, I started to notice my hands were getting better!  My skin was softer and the boils started to go away.  By the beginning of September, my hands were almost back to what normal hands should be.  They didn’t hurt, they weren’t raw, and I only had one spot that was left and it was mostly healed.  I was loving it.

During hunting season I was gone for 10 days, during which time I stopped taking the FuCoyDon and SpectraMaxx and let me tell you my hands were in bad shape by the time I got home.  The dust, dirt, sweat and roughness of everything you touch while out in the wilderness played havoc on my hands.  So when I got home I was determined to take the supplements everyday and not miss any.  Within a few days again my hands started to heal and a couple weeks later all the flare-ups were gone. The photos below were taken in November 2011, after about 3.5 months on Sisel International Triangle of Life products.

And now, at the end of January 2012 I consider myself to be in remission from the symptoms of terrible skin condition Dyshidrotic Eczema as long as I am taking the Triangle of Life regularly!  The photos below were taken this afternoon:

dyshidrotic eczema treatment natural

Before this, I had all but given up hope and I was certainly not looking to nutrition to help my Dyshidrotic Eczema.  The relief I have gotten has been a life-changing experience for me.  It was a tremendous blessing that my wife stumbled upon the powerful liquid nutritional supplements by Sisel.  The experience with my Dyshidrotic Eczema has been just one of the many benefits that come with taking the Triangle of Life and I am determined to share it with everyone I come across; particularly those who have auto-immune diseases and skin disorders like psoriasis and eczema.

Side-Note from Tiffany:

Over the course of the Fall 2011, Chris experienced tremendous relief for the first time, from his terrible skin condition Dyshidrotic Eczema.  He can tell a difference in the condition of his hands on a daily basis.  I have seen the difference in the texture of his skin for myself.  His hands are now soft and smooth and almost completely healed!  This is such a major improvement!  We couldn’t be happier with the results! To get these natural remedies for your Dyshidrotic Eczema you can order them by clicking Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment.  Here are some answers for Frequently asked questions regarding this Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment.

Dani Walker - The mental tole skin conditions take on a person is immense. I bet there is nothing better than being able to grab a towel without it grabbing you!

kyle - I too suffer from Dyshidrotic Eczema and have run the gauntlet of dermotogists. The only thing that cleared it up was a shot in the rump with steroids…not a good long-term treatment. So I am looking at your site and I have to say it looks sort of like a pyramid sales scheme, but you got my attention. There was no “Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment” link on the web site, so what exactly, did you use to clear up the exzema? Was it one product, a mix of several products? Your story wasn’t real clear on these points. You said you “..drank 1/2 OZ every day…”, but earlier in the story, you mention 3 products; SpectraMaxx, Eternity and FuCoyDon. Please let me know – I can tell by the pictures (which don’t look quite as “angry” as mine) and your story that you can certainly empathsize with me on this.

Regards,

Kyle

Tasha - I have been suffering (quite literally) with dyshidrotic eczema for going on 3 years now. For me, it started out as a small patch on my right palm, then spread pretty fast through both hands. It started on my feet about a year and a half ago, and recently, under my fingernails. It is painful, to the point where I just sit and cry sometimes. I have tried lotions, steriod creams, Loma Lux for Eczema, dead sea salt soap and bubble baths… no relief to date. My cycles are as bad as the last two years were for you. It has never gone away. So you can see how I’m pretty much willing to try anything at this point. However, upon searching the Sisel International website for these products, I see that they are a bit on the expensive side, and I’m not exactly “rolling in dough”, if you know what I mean. Is there a place I could get them for a smaller price?

Avish - My Friend is sufering from the same deases as you described. but she has wet blisters on palm and sole both. deases starting with blisters and converting in to eczema.

Expecting your guideline

kimberly beier - i have been fighting with the pain, intense itching, and social awkwardness of this condition for 5 years now. and as you stated if it is out there i have tried it. i am a waitresss, bartender, and also do some janitorial work. my hands are always in water, and in contact with various chemicals. in the beginning i had some brief spells of relief but the never lasted long and for the last 2 years there has literally been no relief, it’s been like a two year long flare up. there are days when i would almost consider simply cutting my hands of the wrists. yes that bad! i have a 14 year old son who i love camping, fishing and swimming with, yet some days my hand are so bad i can barely hold a pencil or brush my teeth without intense pain, let alone baiting a hook, or setting up a tent! your story and information has given me hope, i plan to order these supplements and try them for myself, and i pray they will give the gift they seem to have given you……….thank you!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Kimberly!
Wow, thank you so much for the comment here. I am sorry to hear about your experience with this skin condition. It can really affect your life. My husband is a Firefighter/Paramedic and like you, his working conditions have him in similar situation as you with the water, chemicals. I am happy to talk with people more privately in email, if you wish. You may contact me any time: tiffany@taylorsforlife.com The best thing is that you may have some hope here!!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi there, Tasha!
I am sorry you are living with this condition, too. My husband is affected primarily by his hands although there are times when it has affected his feet to a certain extent. The way you describe your hands is a perfect description of his hands. It hurts and it’s raw. No steroid creams have ever worked for his dyshidrotic eczema, either. I will follow up by email with you regarding your particular question on price. Thanks! Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Hi, thanks for your comment. I’m sorry your friend has a terrible skin condition. Eczema can be a tough thing to live with. We can feel for what your friend is going through. If you have a specific question just let me know,
tiffany@taylorsforlife.com THANKS!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Kyle~ Thank you for your comment regarding Dyshidrotic Eczema and your feedback on my article. I am not a scientific writer. I am just a Mom and Wife who is trying to spread the word on products that have helped my family so if my article was a little unclear, I apologize. Sisel is a network marketing company although it is not a pyramid scheme – there are many direct sales companies out there (like Mary Kay, Tupperware). All I can tell you is that my family and I heard of these liquid nutritionals from an old friend who was able to reverse an autoimmune disease with these and I knew they could do something for us, too, so I ordered them. Once we had such good results, it made sense to me to become a Distributor for the company so I could start earning some part time income to help pay for the products. That’s how it worked!

We take all 3 of the liquid nutritional supplements. The dose is once a day for each supplement. The dose is different for adults or children.

I hope you will contact me again if you have more questions! tiffany@taylorsforlife.com

cyndi - hi tiffany.. i just had blisters for two days already in my hands.. i just researched these problems with my hands and thought its the same as Dyshidrotic Eczema. How can I prevent this?

Terri - I just ordred the 3 products under you Tiffany and I am willing to take them to cure and prevent this. I am just praying this is not a scam. Everthing I have tried and the treatment I have sought has not helped, so this is a last ditch, what the heck effort.

Tiffany Taylor - Terri,
We can certainly understand your being skeptical. We are not saying this is a “CURE” for anything. This is our story, mine and my husband’s and my 2 young boys. What you have read on our blog about my husband’s Dyshidrotic Eczema is his testimony to the powerful effects these liquid nutritional supplements have had for him personally, with his hands. Everyone’s body responds differently. I would give it 60-90 days of building up in your system before judging any results. We both surely hope this will “do it” for you and that you will find the RELIEF that you so desperately desire. My husband can totally relate. Best wishes and feel free to contact us anytime. tiffany@taylorsforlife.com

Chris - I suffer from Dyshidrotic Dermatitis in the summer when it gets hot. I have found a natural cure that works for me. I take Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 1500mg once daily and Neem, two 475mg caps 3 times a day. I also take a B multi to assist with the absorption of the B5 and counteract any B imbalance. I also use a Neem Cream on my hands. I highly suggest that you purchase these items from a vitamin store and not from a gorcery store, so as to get the best quality. My Dyshidrotic Dermatitis is all but cleared up in less than a week. I would start with the dosage I take and go up if needed. No side effects from these supplements. Take with food!! Good luck.

Terri - Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for the info. I received my package last Friday and have been taking them daily. I tried emailing you, but I don’t know if it was swnt, so I thought I’d post on here. I have some questions for you and some may seem a bit stalkerish(LOL) but I am desperate to get this cleared up!

Do I take all 3 only once per day or more?
Do any of these help with weight loss?
Which do you give your kids? My kids are 9 and 6. Are they too young?
What kind of shampoo does your husband use?
What kind of bath soap does your husband use?
What kind of hand soap does your husband use?
What kind of hand lotion does your husband use?
What kind of dish soap does your husband use?
What kind of household cleaners does your husband use?
Did your husband use any steroid creams, etc. while taking Sisel products?
How long before he saw results?
Any other tips, lifesavers did he do?
Does he still wear gloves all the time?

I appreciate your response and I am optimistically happy!

Thanks,

Terri

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Terri! I sent you an email answering your questions! :) Tiffany

et - Hi Tiffany, I was just diagnosed with the same condition please can you answer Terri‘s questions for me too? Thanks

Tiffany Taylor - Good Morning, Belinda!
I’m sorry you’re dealing with Dyshidrotic Eczema!! What you describe on your skin has been what my husband experienced for YEARS. The oils and creams never did any good for my husband’s hands and he basically lost hope – thought he was just going to have to live with this terrible skin condition the rest of his life. That’s why he/we are so excited about what these products have done for him!!! You may purchase them online through our website by enrolling yourself as a “preferred customer” under my Distributorship. Go to: taylorsforlife.mysiselpro.com and click on “SHOP NOW” on the left-hand side of the page! Thanks for sharing your story!

Tiffany Taylor - Hello, wallah55! I will be happy to send you an email answering all the questions…it’s just too much to answer here in the comments section :) Thank you for your post!! Tiffany

Ray - I wish you would have answered Terri’s question on this site. I have the same problems as the aforementioned people. I have the same questions as Terri. Help!!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Ray! Thanks for the comment – I just sent you an email! Terri’s questions are great! I decided the length was too long to just type here in the comments section which is why I’ve chosen to email people back to answer them. However, it does seem like many people have the same questions and so my husband and I will be working on an updated blog post addressing Terri’s questions and more sometime soon! Thanks again! Tiffany

Keysha Goodman - Hi Tiffany. I too suffer from this painful condition. I would love to have the answers to the questions above as well as more information on the products your husband used. I will try anything to help this condition. I am in nursing school and am so afraid of how this may affect my career. Thank you in advance for answering these questions.

Ron Milanes - I have same problem with Chris, I have this eczema for over 5 years already. Clobetosol is not helping at all, wearing hand gloves to bed is really redicolous. I hope this new product that Chis had used could help. Please send me information or samples if you do have and let me know hoe to get it.

Shawnkeya Price - I am balling my eyes out right now from reading this story and all of your post… Here I was thinking i was all alone. I also suffer from Dyshidrotic Dermatitis. Im 21yrs young with two beautiful children and for the past 3yrs my life has been a constant battle, with the blisters and the peeling and the Pain. I cant even put my little girls hair in a pony tail without coming to tears. Was told there was no cure, but your story gave me hope! THANK YOU!!!!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Keysha!
I just sent an email. We can totally relate to how you’re concerned about your future profession when having to cope with this kind of eczema – my husband is a Paramedic/Firefighter so he knows firsthand how it affects things. Thank goodness there is hope!

Tiffany Taylor - Good Morning, Ron!
Thanks for your comment here! I just sent you some info! I wish the company offered samples – maybe in the future. Take some time to review the info I sent and let me know if I can answer anything else! Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Oh, gosh, Shawna!!!! I am so sorry to know you have this too! It’s the WORST! My husband dealt with it for what seemed like forever and had basically thought he was just going to have to live with it for the rest of his life – I hear you on the constant battle with the blisters, peeling, pain, and everything else that comes along with this Dyshidrotic Eczema because that’s exactly how it was for him. Thank goodness there might be some hope for you, too! Please let us know if you have any questions, ok? Best Wishes to you! Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Ron – I received an email delivery issue when I tried to send you the information. Could you please verify your email address with me? I’d like to make sure you get the info you’ve requested! Thanks, Tiffany

Austin - I’ve been dealing with this problem for close to a year now. It is only on my right hand. Started on one knuckle and has spread to cover almost the entire top of my hand. I went to a dermatologist and she had no doubt that it was eczema. She perscribed clobetasol which is a topical steroid. I tried that off and on for a couple months and it was definitely getting worse. I have become very self concious about the issue. I recently went back to a different dermatologist and he looked at for about five seconds and said that he had good news. Its ring worm. A fungus. Basically athletes foot. And the Clobetasol that I was using was going to make it worse. I’m on anti-fungal pills and it is getting better by the day. I’m in law enforcement and noticed the spot on my knuckle soon after I started using rubber gloves more often. I had all the typical symptoms of eczema. Even the tiny itchy blisters under the skin. Please get another opinion and rule out something as simple as ring worm. It was such a wonderful day finding out that something that I was planning on suffering with for the rest of my life will be gone in less than a month. Best wishes to you all.

Tiffany Taylor - Austin, Thanks for taking a moment to leave your comment! What a relief to know you don’t have to deal with Dyshidrotic Eczema! Yes, everyone should consider a 2nd opinion FOR SURE! Thank you for your service to our citizens ~ Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Chris, Thank you for sharing what has worked for you!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Cyndi! I’d have to recommend you see a Dermatologist to see about getting a diagnosis for your hands. Dyshidrotic Eczema is a strange skin condition and it varies widely in symptoms from person to person. My husband’s story on taylorsforlife.com has described what a difference taking 3 liquid nutritional supplements has made for treating his Dyshidrotic Eczema. Best of luck!

romelin - HI TIFF,NICE TO HEAR THAT YOU SHARE THAT SISEL FOR CURING THAT DYSHIDROTIC ECZEMA.WHERE CAN I FIND THAT????I NEED THAT FOR MY DAUGTHER.

Tiffany Taylor - Hi, “romelin” thanks for the post. “cure” is not a word we use because we are not doctors! However, we CAN tell you our story and how it has helped my husband treat his Dyshidrotic Eczema! There are links in the blog post where you can find out more information but to answer your questions directly, you can find the SISEL products here: https://taylorsforlife.mysiselpro.com/ and click on the big red, “Shop Now” button on the left. Best wishes! ~Tiffany

Katie - Hi tiffany, around february of this year i noticed blistering on my hands, and i could wear my engagement ring back then. And earlier tonight i noticed the small blisters on the soles of my feet, does this mean i have dishydrotic eczema?

Laura - Wonderful article! I must try those supplements.

I developed my Pompholyx Eczema after wearing blue Nitrile synthetic rubber gloves at work (the ones shown in your article). Since then, I am sensitised to everything I touch. Really not great, considering I work in a hospital!!

Up until now, antihistamines have been the only thing to help my skin condition…other than changing the type of gloves I use of course.

georgina - Where are you based? I am in Canada and want to know if i am able to get it over here?

Rem - Hi Ms. Tiffany,

I believe I have the same condition as your husband’s. I had this itchy fingers with blisters ever since the summer season started. They become so itchy that I’d scratch them and they crack up. The skin underneath my nailbeds are so swollen and broken that it takes like a few weeks to heal. When they heal, super small blisters grow out again, and the cycle starts again. I have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis since I was a child, and I have been able to manage it through simple moisturizing lotions. But this one’s different, they itch specifically on my fingers. I don’t know if this grew out just because of the intense summer heat ( I was living on a tropical country before and this is the first year I experienced summer in the US) or just because of stress (working weeks straight, many bills to worry about).

I have searched for cures for dyshidrotic eczema and stumbled upon your website. I would like to give your product a try but it is expensive and it needs to be auto-purchased every month? Also, I would like to get answers from what Terri asked, specifically:
How many weeks before your husband saw the result?
Did your husband still use steroid creams while taking the ‘Triangle of Life’?

Your eager reply is highly appreciated.. :)

Tiffany Taylor - Hello, “Rem!” Thanks for the comment. I’d venture to be that Dermatologists do not have an easy job with diagnosing all these different forms of skin conditions! Many of them present the same or with just a few differences. It’s so frustrating not to understand what exactly brings on a flareup. None of the lotions or steroid creams ever worked for my husband. He has not used anything else for his hands since being on Triangle of Life. That’s why he/we are so happy with these liquid nutritional supplements and what they’ve done for his hands. The products do NOT have to be auto-purchased every month. You can bypass that part of the ordering form. He began seeing noticeable results within the first couple weeks although within the first 60-90 days or so, that’s when it was obvious to him that this really seemed to be working!!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Georgina! Sisel International is an internationally-seamless company. You can order from Canada and have it shipped to you. When you go to sign up, you’d just make sure you select your Country from the signup page! Best Wishes! Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Good morning, Laura! Working in a hospital you are on again/off again with the gloves, similar to my husband with being a Firefighter/Paramedic! I’m glad that changing gloves and the antihistamines seemed to help you. Everyone’s system is SO different and our bodies are so complex – nothing ever helped my husband until this. Let me know if you have any questions and I’m glad you ran into our site. Thanks!

Tiffany Taylor - Katie, that sounds awful :( It always makes me so sad to hear about all these other people who are experiencing the same types of things that my husband has endured over most of a decade. Since we’re not doctors it would be irresponsible for us to say whether or not you have Dyshidrotic Eczema. However, as a friend, I’d certainly have to recommend getting in to see a Dermatologist and ask the questions because there are so many different forms of these skin conditions. I hope you’ll be able to get your engagement ring back on, sweetie!! That breaks my heart!

Tiffany Taylor - Dear Blog commenters…I am sorry about the way these comments and answers do not seem to “line up” in a reasonable way. I am still obviously trying to figure out how wordpress handles the way I answer blog posts. When I answer a comment, it should show up right beneath the original poster. I’m sorry :( Any tips? Tiffany.

Andrew - My soon to be wife and loving mother of our 2 young kids is suffering from this as well. We are making very little progress in the way of a permanent solution to stop the next outbreak on her hands. Please also send me the email with answers to Terri’s questions (they would be greatly appreciated and would be required before we place an order for the product/s). Also, if you don’t mind me asking, has your husband been taking the product/s daily still to date? and how are his hands? Is this a long term solution or has the summer weather caused it to return. Please email me when you have the time.

Thank you,
Andrew@csbw.ca

Laurie Shinn - I see all these post mentioning hands but I have it on the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands. Im about to begin a regimen of narrow band uv phototherapy for my DE. I am at my wits end with this condition.

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Laurie,
Yes, many peoples’ hands are affected by this, but the soles of feet can also be affected! Good luck with the phototherapy – that’s one thing that my husband never (had to) try, but I hope it will start working for you!

Tiffany Taylor - Andrew,
I just emailed you with the info you requested. Tiffany

Natalie - Thank you for your blog. I just got diagnosed in March. It went into remission over the summer while I was off from work. But now that I’m back at work, it’s back. I teach orchestra students and it’s so embarrassing because I need my hands to demonstrate how to play, to fix how they play and to tune instruments. Kids call me Michael Jackson with my one white glove. It’s so depressing. I would love to know the answer to all those questions if you could email me. And the triangle of life meds are way out of my budget. I am having a hard time paying bills with all the pay cuts over these past years at work. I can’t afford even my insurance deductibles. Is there anything cheaper? I’m so sad.. And thank you.

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Natalie,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve got this, too! Like so many people, you’re experiencing all the ill-effects of living with Dyshidrotic Eczema – including the social discomfort and embarrassment. I understand that cost is always an issue. My husband cannot afford NOT to take them, though….and now that we’re distributors who’ve been telling our friends and family about the products, we have a lot of customers and so the cost of the Triangle of Life no longer comes out of our own pocket anymore – it comes out of the commission we get from the sale of products. It’s a Win-Win. We get to tell people about these awesome products, help people become healthier, and get paid for doing it so that we don’t have to buy our product anymore.

Kara Rowe - Hello:

I am very thankful for having found your blog! I really appreciate the time you have taken to share your husbands success.

I have just recently begun to suffer from this horrid disease. However, I do think I had very minor bouts in my 20′s. Recently the rash began slowly with one blister then it would disappear for months but then almost suddenly I would get patches the size of quarters and dimes on my palms, just below my fingers and more recently up the side of my fingers.

I live in a house with hard water and I suffer from hot flashes so there are two almost unavoidable triggers. My boyfriend has taken over washing the dishes and he he has bought spring water for washing my hands. However, showering is still difficult as water still gets inside rubber gloves.

It is a painful disease and emotionally frustrating. I totally look forward to one day being able to afford to take the supplements your husband has found life changing. At least now I have hope that there could very well be something out there that may help me to better live with this painful disease.

Regarding your blog comments, you may want to look at the contact form you’re using. My boyfriend and I are working diligently to launch a Mobile Advertising business and he uses WordPress and is quite familiar with its format. However, he said he couldn’t tell you more without looking at your back office. We are good people that you can trust. So, if you would like for him (Morris), to take a look just shoot me an email and he would be happy to help. Especially since you’ve worked hard to reach out and help others :)

Thank You!!

Sincerely,
Kara A. Rowe

Jessica - I saw the pictures and thought I was looking @ my own hands for a second!!!! I have dealt with DHE for nearly 30 years. I had it on my feet so bad, I had to use crutches on a few occasions! My dermatologist gave me a home remedy that helps. Fill a glass measuring cup or cereal bowl with 1cup warm water and 1teaspoon white vinegar. Soak hands or feet in this for five minutes at a pop. Use a soft, undyed, clean cloth and soak with solution for hard to reach places. Just use this as a compress. I still use an ointment at night during small breakouts… Just to make sure.

Tiffany Taylor - Jessica, Thanks for sharing your home remedy!!!

Tiffany Taylor - Kara, Thanks so much for taking the time to post your comments! We’re always sorry to hear that so many others have to deal with this persistent skin condition. I appreciate the offer of help for my WordPress blog comments :) I think I’m getting it figured out! Best Wishes!!

cindy - Wow this is me!

Angela - Hello! I hve suffered from this type of eczema for a little over two years. Steroid creams and jellies don’t seem to work. I live in Colorado Springs, too, which makes it harder because of the dry climate. I’m contemplating going to nursing school, but have been a little hesitant because of this problem. It’s mainly on my right hand and seems to only clear a little when I go to more humid climates. I’ve even had friends tell me to try a gluten free diet, which I haven’t yet, but may try soon.

I’m willing to try something new and natural, as long as it doesn’t “break the bank!” I also don’t want to go back to a dermatologist. I sent you an email, as well. Hope to hear back soon!

Vioke Violet - I never thought I’d be reviewing hand lotion. I have chronic eczema that returns periodically from hand washing. I have to say the Lady Soma Skin & Nail Treatment works great. I’ve tried other moisturizing lotions but they never worked. I don’t know what Lady Soma’s secret ingredient is (maybe the vitamin E), but this stuff heals my chapped hands after using it for like twice a day for 2-3 days.

I also use it anywhere on my body I have eczema or irritated skin. Excellent healing/soothing qualities.

Vioke Violet - I have a type of eczema on my hands & arms that stings with any lotion I put on it, it itches horribly, and even if I avoid washing my hands too much/doing dishes or certain foods (sugar) I still get it (thanks to hormones). So, I thought I’d try Made From The Earth Aloe Jojoba Creme Therapy and let me tell you-IT WORKS! I’ve been using it for over a month now and it’s like 90% gone-I just had a flare up (due to high stress, no doubt)…so it doesn’t erase it completely but WOW-I’m not up all night scratching and having to suffer with scaley, scabby hands any more! :)

Miguel - CHRIS, (you can scroll up to see his previous post) I took your advice and used Neem supplements, Vit B and Neem balm, IT WORKED. It’s been less than 2 weeks and most of it is gone. I just had to say thank you! I’ve tried clobetasol, cortizone, etc, nothing but this worked and I’ve painfully suffered from this dyshidrotic eczedma for 2 years.

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Cindy! I just sent an email to your address. Thanks for contacting us!

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Angela,
I just sent you an email from our website. It will show up from tiffany@taylorsforlife.com Thanks! Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Thanks for sharing what is working for your Dyshidrotic Eczema!

irish francisco - Hello everyone,

I have the same symptoms that I started to notice a week ago. It started on my toes. I woke up in the middleof the night being bothered by the itch. The next morning,i saw my toes with small blisters and were extremely itchy. i used clotrimazole and hydrocortisone cream but did not help significantly. now i have been prescribe with a potent steroid cream.
i live in northern ontario so the weather helps relieve the itch, but whenever the temperature gets warm then it starts to be itchy.
few days after i notice that it started on my fingers.
My feet and hands feels tight in the morning too.

Can somebody give me their best and honest advise on how to manage this condition? Thanks in advance!

disha patel - I have been suffering from the dyshidrotic eczema for about 3 years now. I have been tired of battling my condition an what makes worst is I only have one fully functional hand….(My left hand has genetic disability). At times I have been really depressed and thought to myself why me. I wish there was any cure for this condition..:(

Patricia McCarthy - Hello, I had dyshidrotic eczema when I was a teenager and cleaned greasey fryolators at a restaurant with harsh soap. I was treated w/tar soaks, steriod cream, antihistamine with good effect and of course I stopped the job. Later as an adult I entered nursing school and with all the handwashing and stress it returned. I am still a nurse and still suffer with this. With a once daily use of steroid cream it is much more tolerable. However, it is never completely gone. I wonder if your treatment would actually cure it. What is it’s cost. This is even more important to me as my daughter and son have also inherited this from me. And even worse my son also inherited psoriasis from his Dad. Do you know if this has any effect on psoriasis. Again very interested in the cost.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Clifton Brumbaugh - I first was diagnosed with dyshydrotic eczema when I was in the Navy 9 years ago.It get so bad on my hands and feet it makes it difficult to work and take care of my 3 year old son. Im so depressed, I even called off work today cause its so bad. I dont know what to do. i want to almost cut my hands and feet off. I hide my eczema from my family and coworkers cause I dont want them to think differently of me and leave me behind. the only family i have is my girlfriend of 5 and a half years and my 3 year old son Niklas. What should I do????

Josh - Hey there – Im 18 years old and from what i’ve researched, i have Dyshidrotic Eczema. Im looking for treatments to stop it before it gets out of hand, but you guys don’t distribute to Australia! :(
Josh

Tiffany Taylor - Thank you for your comment! So many people are suffering from this terrible skin condition! I sent you an email with information which I hope will be helpful for you to look into something new that might work for you. Blessings, Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Disha, Thanks for commenting on our blog. We’re sorry to hear you’re struggling with Dyshidrotic Eczema like so many others. Your experience is unique in that you do have only one fully functional hand on top of having to deal with the Dyshidrotic Eczema, too. We, too, wish there were a cure for this condition. My husband has found the three liquid nutritional supplements mentioned on this blog to be the only thing that has ever helped long term with his Dyshidrotic Eczema.

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Patti,
UG! It is always so upsetting to learn about all these wonderful folks who suffer from these skin conditions!!! Using steroid creams daily to get to a “tolerable” level is still so sad. While there is no “CURE” for Dyshidrotic Eczema, my husband has had wonderful results by using the Triangle of Life, as reported in our blog here. I’ve sent you an email with more info. Best wishes for you and your family!! Tiffany and Chris

Tiffany Taylor - Clifton, thank you for your service to our Country. We’re sorry to know how this is affecting you and my husband can completely relate to the feelings of helplessness that this Dyshidrotic Eczema can stir up. When you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing brings the solution you desperately desire. We encourage you to investigate natural, alternative treatments which may help you! I have sent you an email detailing more info on these liquid nutritional supplements which my husband has found to help him with his Dyshidrotic Eczema. Many blessings to you, your girlfriend, and sweet son. Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Josh, I will try to get an update on Australia, for you. Thanks for your comment here, and the best of luck in researching natural treatments for Dyshidrotic Eczema! I pray that you won’t have to deal with this as long as my husband did. Be sure to get a proper diagnosis from a Dermatologist, ok? Hang in there! Tiffany

varices - I don’t know what is this dyshidrotic eczema but i am sure this can be treated right according to your statement here.

Rose - Hi,
I’ve only just leaned this is what I have, I’m now avoiding chemicals used to clean my desk at work. I think finding a natural remedy is the way to go. Although I have not tried this combination I have been using emu oil (especially before sleeping) concentrating on the badly effected areas then during the day make sure I always keep moisturizing, preferably with an aloe vera one. It takes time, I’m 2 weeks and it has definately subsided, now and I have less blisters and peeling areas. I’m not sure emu oil is available outside Australia, but avoiding the chemicals and the emu oil seems to have really helped me out.

Cheri Harrell - I was first diagnosed with psoriasis of the hands and feet (just a visual diagnosis) and went through unsuccessful treatments. Then I changed dermotologists. The new doctor took a biopsy from my feet and the results came back as dyshidrosis. I don’t get fluid blisters like others describe. Mine come up like white dry patches, then get bigger, get scaley and painful cracks in my skin develop. It affects only my hands and feet.
When Mr. Taylor described his frustration hearing the same old thing from the doctors, I identified with what he was hearing. It was what I have been hearing. I sure am ready to try something else.

Anna - are these products safe and effective for younger people- my sons that are 12 and 13 1/2 both suffer from severe bouts of dyshidrotic eczema. Even have had to miss numerous school days due to such bad flare ups that holding a pencil is not possible :( -thanks for the info– all dr. treatments have been unsuccessful-

Tiffany Taylor - Hi Anna,
Yes, the products are safe for “younger people” and our own children (ages 9 and almost 6) use them. However, the Eternity comes in 2 choices: one with an energy blend (Eternity) and one without (Essential Eternity) – for obvious reasons, we do not give our children the one with the energy blend! :-) tiffany@taylorsforlife.com

Dyshidrotic Eczema | How Nutrition Can Take Back Your Health - [...] painful type of eczema.  As with many topics related to our health, we have recently reevaluated Chris’s Dyshidrotic Eczema treatment within the last 6 months or so.  We’ll present his story, pictures and what [...]

Eczema, Dermatitis and Dyshidrotic Eczema

What is Dyshidrotic Eczema?

You may already be familiar with the term “eczema.”  It’s a skin condition also called “dermatitis” or inflammation of the skin.  In the video below you can see an overview that helps explain it.  In this post I will try to put the medical condition, “Dyshidrotic Eczema” into layman’s terms for you.  Why am I writing about this?  My husband has been afflicted with it for many years and it’s a health condition he is in the process of improving, naturally!

The “D” Word!

So what is Dyshidrotic Eczema (also known as “Dyshidrosis,” “Acute Vsiculobullous Hand Eczema,” “Cheiropompholyx,” “Pompholyx,” and “Podopompholyx”)?  Believe it or not, this isn’t about me seeing how many medical terms I can fit into one sentence – ha! and by the way, how in the world do you pronounce “Dyshidrosis” or “Dyshidrotic Eczema?”

dys·hi·dro·sis  noun \ˌdis-ˌhī-ˈdrō-səs, -hə-\

or

dis-ˌhī-ˈdrō-tic

or, if you prefer, the pronunciation as coined by my friend Dani:  “D Eczema!”

Introduction to Dyshidrotic Eczema, in Layman’s Terms

Whatever you want to call it or however you can pronounce it, Dyshidrotic Eczema can wreak havoc on skin, as it has my husband’s, for many years.

From what I have gathered, Dyshidrotic Eczema occurs as a rare, blistering skin condition on the palms of hands & fingers and/or soles of feet and toes.  Symptoms vary from person to person and range from mild to severe.  It can include itching and/or burning sensations within the affected area, which my husband does experience.  After the blisters (Pompholyx) bubble and dry out, the skin around the blister will crust or crack resulting in peeling and scaling of layers of skin.  Recurrence is common and it’s often chronic.  It is not contagious but it looks pretty ugly and can be altogether very painful.  In addition to its unsightly appearance, it can also be psychologically draining (MayoClinic).  Did I mention this is a chronic and recurring condition?  So the cycle just repeats over and over.  Stay tuned in another post for pictures of Dyshidrotic Eczema on my husband’s hands!  For now, these are just the basics!

What Causes Dyshidrotic Eczema?

“Dyshidrotic” supposedly means “excessive sweating” and it’s thought that could be a reason that causes this type of eczema.  However, from what I’ve gathered, it seems as though this has been unproven as many cases do not have this occur.  From what I can find, it seems that the ultimate cause of this is unclear (oh, how helpful!), but there are theories out about what can trigger it or make it worse:  allergens, stress or seasonal changes, dry skin, ; emotional stress may also further aggravate the condition.

How is Dyshidrotic Eczema – Dyshidrosis Treated?

Dyshidrosis treatment varies and effectiveness of the treatments vary, too.  Usually, it appears that the most common Dyshidrotic Eczema treatment is at the allopathic-medicine level with Corticosteroid Creams and Antihistamines.  There are occasional mentions of using topical aloe vera and other natural topical creams.  In the most severe cases, other allopathic treatments can be performed, too.  From scouring the Internet on the topic, it appears that the majority of folks afflicted with Dyshidrotic Eczema use topical creams and they are only marginally helpful in reducing symptoms.

So WHAT?

What does all of this mean?  Although this may be a hard to pronounce, weird sounding thing to read about, frankly, to us it means Chris has a chronic, irritating skin health condition that affects his everyday life which has no easy fix.  Most treatments are topical in nature and have been ineffective in helping my husband find relief from this painful type of eczema.  As with many topics related to our health, we have recently reevaluated Chris’s Dyshidrotic Eczema treatment within the last 6 months or so & he is no longer suffering with the daily “torture” of Dyshidrotic Eczema!  Click Natural Dyshidrotic Eczema Treatment

AnnaP - I stumbled on this article when I did a search for eczema on Google+ and I’m glad that I did. I’ve had these little blisters since I was a kid but it never really became an issue. That is, until 2007 when I was finally diagnosed with eczema. However none of the dermatologists that I’ve visited have ever talked to me about Dsyhidrotic Eczema. I google imaged D Eczema and what I have is exactly what I saw in the images, at least on my fingers and sometimes toes. I have a bad patch on my left foot now that started out as D Eczema but as you mentioned, it’s a relentless cycle. I stopped going to my derma last year as nothing really works to solve the problem, just to lessen the symptoms.

Have you found anything that works/worked for your husband?

Tiffany Taylor - Hey there, Anna! I’m so glad you found us! D Eczema is an odd one to figure out, isn’t it?!! My husband is finishing up his “story” and we’ll be adding it to this blog very soon! You’ll get to hear about his experience, what’s never helped and more importantly, what HAS HELPED! Good news: There’s hope! Stay tuned! ~Tiffany

Tiffany Taylor - Hey Anna,

Thanks for the comment. I take the Triangle of Life (Eternity, FuCoyDon and SpectraMaxx) from Sisel International. I believe the FuCoydon has the single biggest impact on my condition, because I notice it starts to return if I miss the FuCoydon for more then a few days at a time. Please feel free to email me directly if you have any further questions. I know what it is like to live with this problem everyday and I can honestly tell you that the last 4 months have been the best yet. Take Care, Chris (chris@taylorsforlife.com)

At the end of Spring, I’d been experiencing a lot of insomnia and  turned to the Internet during those sleepless nights on a quest for health and nutrition information.  I was looking for something that would resonate with me to help me “get better.”  One day I drove to see a good friend of mine and she talked with me about a nutritionist and author with whom she had been receiving some nutritional consulting from.  Hungry for advice on something new I could implement right away, I ordered 2 books of hers and as soon as I received them in the mail, I devoured the pages during any minute of free time and/or during more nights of insomnia.  At the start of June, I found myself adhering to a strict new vitamin & mineral supplement regimen as outlined in the books.  The goal was to replenish my body at the cellular level with what I was missing in my diet.  I chose the highest quality pill supplements I could find.  I went to the drug store to get one of those huge pill organizers so I could separate out which pill was for morning on an empty stomach, which to take with breakfast, which with lunch, which with dinner, and which before bed.  Even with the pill organizer, I found that remembering to take the pills at the prescribed times was difficult due to my busy schedule, especially while I was away from home.  After adding up the expense of all the pills plus the time necessary just to separate them into the pill organizer each week while trying to remember to take certain ones at certain times and trying to keep on top of which bottles I was running low on, etc. after 1 full month, I JUST KNEW in my heart of hearts that I could not keep that regimen up.

In late June, I discovered a website belonging to someone I knew from my small hometown.  Her blog was incredibly informative and described her family’s journey through her husband’s auto-immune disease called Sarcoidosis.  Disappointed that Doctors and Specialists couldn’t seem to “fix” her husband, she took it upon herself to get educated in the all-natural route of healing.  Long story short, they came across a line of products that basically ended up saving her husband’s life.  I contacted her and asked her a million questions including where I could get my hands on some of liquid nutritional supplements.  She gave me information to get started doing right away including the titles of a couple books and documentaries.

Liquid Nutritionals

I ordered my first liquid nutritional supplement and bought the book, “Power Up Your Brain” and started reading.  My family was fortunate to receive an invitation to join some friends in Moses Lake, WA for the week of the 4th of July.  During that trip, I took along that book and my liquid nutritional supplement and was relieved that finally, all I had to do was remember to take the dose once a day.  I finished “Power Up Your Brain” by the time we got home from the trip and started in on the next recommended book which was, “The China Study.”  As soon as we got home from our trip, I found myself on a documentary-watching binge.  My friend Dani had recommended that I watch, “The Beautiful Truth.”  I was floored after seeing the power of what nutrition can do to heal peoples’ lives.  I then watched, “Food, Inc.” and “Food Matters” on Netflix, along with “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.”  After reading through these books and watching all of these documentaries, I was hooked.  I knew deep down in my heart that nutrition through juicing and liquid nutritionals was the answer for me.

Juicing to Lose Weight

I started juicing!

The garden was flourishing.  Fruit and vegetables were plentiful and readily available.  After watching “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” I knew I wanted to start juicing to lose weight.  I saved my Bed, Bath & Beyond 20% Off coupon and bought our first juicer, the Breville, Juice Fountain Plus.

I wanted to get a Vitamix, but thought I would at least try this juicing thing out first and see how it goes before investing that much more money.  I was in love with the juicer from the get-go.  Any kind of juice you could dream up…I can make.  Green juices, fruit juices, and every mix in-between!  I juiced about 3-4 times a day for a couple of weeks, while eating salads, made from fresh veggies from the garden, too.  I made my own garlic balsamic vinaigrette.   Yum!  After a few weeks of heavy juicing I backed off from doing it so heavily and mainly turned to salads, vegetables, and just really watching what I was eating.  At the same time, I had been taking the liquid nutritional supplement.  I FELT AWESOME for the first time in many years.  And the weight was falling off.
